On Thursday, September 24, nearly a hundred ASHP members will meet with their Senators and Congressional representatives to educate them on the vital role of pharmacists in health care as part of the Society’s annual Legislative day.

All ASHP members can get involved in this effort by contacting their House and Senate members to seek support for recognition of pharmacists as non-physician providers, restoration of funding for second-year specialty residency programs, and eligibility for loan forgiveness programs. Click on the "Take Action" links below to send an e-mail to your congressional representatives to make the case for our priorities for health care reform.
